Terms and Conditions

TPF Credits have no expiration date, providing you with the flexibility to use them at any time.

TPF Credits can only be used at The Pickle Fence for:

  • Court Bookings: Reserve pickleball courts directly on the The Pickle Fence website.

Bonus credits (e.g., RM100 bonus in RM1000 package) are funded by The Pickle Fence and restricted to eligible redemptions. They cannot be converted into cash.

TPF Credits are non-refundable and tied to the purchaser's account. They cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

TPF Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or used to offset unrelated payments. Customers must provide sufficient credit balance at the time of booking or purchase.

Misuse or violations of the terms will result in suspension or forfeiture of credits without a refund. All credit transactions are subject to management approval.

The Pickle Fence reserves the right to amend terms without prior notice. Continued use of credits constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

The Pickle Fence is not responsible for any inability to redeem credits on products or services no longer available, including changes in merchandise or partnerships.
